Client application won't start after entering proxy credentials

Problem

SetMe's Client application won't start after entering correct proxy authentication credentials on the remote end.

Cause

When working behind a proxy, the remote user may face this problem if they wait too long (more than 2 minutes) to enter their proxy authentication credentials.

Solution

This is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming SetMe version update. In the meantime, the remote user may run the Client application again and enter their credentials right after the proxy authentication dialog pops up.
