Install SetMe Unattended Access
You can install Unattended Access on a remote computer to connect to it even when no user is present. This option is available when the support session is running in Admin mode.
Configure and install unattended access during a support session
- Sign in to the SetMe Expert console.
- Start a new support session with the target device.
- On the Session Panel, click the Unattended access tab.
- (Optional) Configure the Unattended Access settings as needed.
- Click Install unattended access.
- Click Yes to confirm.
If you have enabled the Allow sign in to the unattended device without knowing its username and password option, the remote user will be prompted to enter their operating system user credentials.
Once the installation is complete, the remote device will be added to your unattended device list.
