Session options
You can configure the behavior of the SetMe Client application on the remote device in the Session options tab. The following options are available:
- Hide SetMe Client app on the remote computer This option is only available when connecting to an unattended device.
- Lock the remote computer when the support session ends
Additional options will be added in future versions.
Change session options
- Sign in to the SetMe Expert console.
- Start a new support session.
- On the Session Panel, click the Power tab.
- Change the session options as needed.
With the Hide SetMe application on the remote computer option enabled, the remote computer does not display notifications for received messages. To allow chat messaging, turn off this option.
