Session options

You can configure the behavior of the SetMe Client application on the remote device in the Session options tab. The following options are available: 

  • Lock the remote computer when the support session ends 
You can configure the default values for these options for unattended devices in Session settings. 
Additional options will be added in future versions. 

Change session options  

  1. Sign in to the SetMe Expert console. 
  2. Start a new support session. 
  3. On the Session Panel, click the Power tab.
  4. Change the session options as needed.
With the Hide SetMe application on the remote computer option enabled, the remote computer does not display notifications for received messages. To allow chat messaging, turn off this option.
