Manage your user account profile
Each SetMe user has their individual profile consisting of a full name, login email, password and two-factor authentication settings. To edit the profile details, click the Profile icon within the top bar of the Expert console or SetMe portal, then click the My Profile link.
You'll be redirected to the Profile section of your account where you can update the Contact details and Password & security settings.
Contact details
The login info consists of the following details:
- Full name: This name will be displayed in the chat window for any text messages exchanged with a remote user during a connection. The full name will also be displayed within the Reports and Users section of the SetMe portal.
- Email: The provided email will serve as your login for the Expert console and SetMe portal. This email will also be displayed in the Reports and Users section of the Expert portal.
Changing the SetMe profile email does not change your billing email. The billing email can be changed within the Billing details section of your SetMe portal.
Password & security
- Change password: here you can set a new password used to log into the Expert console and SetMe portal. Enter your current password, then enter a new password and click Save.
- Two-factor authentication: here you can manage two-step verification settings for your account.
